((AP Photo/Noah Berger))SAN FRANCISCO, CA — Around eight million people in coastal Central California, including the San Francisco Bay area, are under flood watches until Monday evening as the latest storm of atmospheric rivers continues to pound the state, CNN reported.After weeks of storms, the state's lands have become saturated and more rain could lead to flooding, mudslides, and landslides, the outlet reported.
