Two men died and one woman was injured on Tuesday night when a driver in a Tesla and a driver in a Subaru SUV collided on Highway 1 in San Mateo County, officials said. The preliminary investigation revealed that the crash occurred at about 6:40 p.m. near Bean Hollow State Beach, 37 miles south of San Francisco, the California Highway Patrol said. The Subaru driver was traveling north while the Tesla driver was headed south, CHP said.
